In the spring of 2019 Ultra Mega Inc. in conjunction with Napps Kinx & BB’s will embark upon what will be a yearly competition / celebration centered on the history of black beauty and haircare. Honoring Madame CJ Walker and Annie Malone mostly amongst others who paved the way. This event is a tremendous treat for the black community in that we will entertain and educate the attendees with a three hour event of multi -faceted proportions. Combining Fashion, A Hair Wars Competition and Theatrical performances throughout. The Hair Competition between participating Beauty Salons in The Midwest Market will be an amazing presentation. Beauty Salons will team with Fashion Designers presenting a show that will be the most entertaining evening most have witnessed at a hair event. We’ll mix in skits presented by Ultra Mega Productions about the life and genius of the legendary Madame C.J. Walker and the incredible Annie Malone .
